An App for professional support for psychologists and remote counseling.
In 2 months after the launch, the project got more than 10 thousand downloads without any marketing. The project turned out to be very popular, especially among teenagers. Unfortunately, the client made a decision to close the project (for reasons, connected with his business). We still receive questions from people, who need a psychological help

My customer is an education project called "Third Millennium Psychology". It required a service to support its psychology graduates. So that participants of educational programs could develop their own private practice and people could receive qualified psychological counseling online.
solutions
As a product designer, I led this application end-to-end — from research and analysis to prototyping, UI design, launch, and ongoing support — for two categories of users: psychologists and patients. For them are provided different personal cabinets and different processes of registration.
The platform "Let's Talk" became a place where professional psychologists and people, who need a support, can meet each other

The main thing in a situation of psychological help is to give the person a feeling that he is not alone. That there is someone, who will help him, and also there are those, who are in a similar situation or was in it before. That is why in the application I provided open and private formats
Features
Creating a dialogue
The user can create a dialogue with connecting of a psychologist, and discuss the question in open or private mode. Many users are silent and shy people. But it is important for them to see, that they are not alone, not a white crow.
Creating a question
There is a possibility to ask a question with going out to the general feed, or to address it to a concrete psychologist. The user can keep his anonymity and not reveal his name, when publishing the question.
Consultation by phone
The psychologist can provide consultation by phone or video-call to his clients.
Become a psychologist
Any user can send an application for registration as a psychologist. For this, he sends a package of documents, then the administration makes a moderation of the documents, does a meeting, and confirms or rejects the application.
Game currency
The psychologist can convert the game currency, received for consultations, into rubles and withdraw them to a card (in plans).
