As co-founder, I managed the full cycle of customer work — from sales and contract signing to delivery and support. My core focus was end-to-end product design: client business analysis, research, product strategy and prioritization, UX/UI, prototyping, and branding for startups. I worked closely with clients to turn early ideas into MVP-ready products, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Alongside that, I handled project management and the team, working directly with staff and contractors.
